As we were celebrating the 10th anniversary of the GEDD Master's website, the training organisation entrusted Ideogram Design with the mission of creating a new version.
In the space of a decade, web standards have changed, so the design and ergonomics of the site had to be reviewed while keeping the content present. This work was facilitated by the presence of our Open Source CMS CaMykS on both versions of the site.
Despite the frequent updates of the CMS, we make sure that it remains upwardly compatible with all the sites we have created in the past. Thus we ensure support despite the advanced age of some of our web creations.
The data has simply been retained, while all the display and content modules have been updated and modernised. New modules have been created to facilitate the insertion of structured data by the GEDD team.
Finally, we have developed a brand new theme. It is an original creation resulting from the imagination of our designers. Ideogram Design is first and foremost a design agency, and our CMS is a reflection of this. Indeed, it allows our designers total freedom of creativity, starting from a blank page. It was then up to our developers to reproduce, pixel by pixel, the models validated by the GEDD Master's communication team.
